Directions

We pour the rice into a stainless steel GN 65mm high, rinse it well under water three times, pour in hot boiled water, add salt, add butter and cover with a lid on the GN.

We place it in a preheated combi oven.

After cooking is finished, we stir the rice well to evaporate any excess moisture.
