Directions

Cut the bananas into pieces and place them in a large bowl with the butter, sugar, and the zest of one orange. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Sift together the flour and baking powder, then add them to the banana mixture and gently fold them in with a spatula.

Add the chocolate chips, distributing them evenly.


Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake until the cake is risen and golden brown.
