Directions

Mix flour, water and fresh yeast until the dough is smooth. Let the kneaded dough rise. After the dough has risen, place it on a fireclay plate and use your fingers to shape it into a round shape. Then spread the base with tomato mixture, sprinkle with mozzarella, stack cherry tomatoes and bake in a preheated convection oven.
