Wash chicken breast and marinade with corn flour, salt and sesame oil. Saute garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and sugar. Add some water to bring to boil. Pour the sauce on the chicken breast and steam for 10 minutes. Garnish with spring onions and black pepper.
